In the first quarter of 2016, MDCL trained 2,520 newly recruited staff of KASTELEA on management and leadership, over a period of one month. The modules taught included; Leadership, Ethics, Change Management, Assertiveness, Excellent Customer Service, Formal Communication, People Management, Personal Productivity, Problem Solving, Work Ethics and Time Management.
